Berlin, 13 April 2026 – Dr Nedim Cen has resigned from his mandate as member and Chairman of the Supervisory Board for personal reasons, effective 31 March 2026. The Management Board and the Supervisory Board would like to thank Dr Cen for his valuable contribution and commitment during the Company's restructuring.
To ensure the Supervisory Board remains fully functional, the Company has initiated the court appointment of a further Supervisory Board member. Following the proposal of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board, Mr Dariush Ghassemi-Moghadam has been appointed by the court as a new Supervisory Board member.
Mr Ghassemi-Moghadam is a lawyer with many years of experience in banking and capital markets law as well as in real estate law. Furthermore, Mr Ghassemi-Moghadam has previously held various management positions in the banking sector, inter alia as Chief Financial Officer. Against this background, he will support Accentro Real Estate AG in its ongoing restructuring and drive forward the Company’s strategic realignment.
